In Harwich on Sunday the Pacquet-Boat sailed with the Mail for Holland and returned windward on the N E. the Pacquet from thence is detained by the Tee. His Majesty buys ten thousand pounds South Sea Stock and the Company may appoint him Governor. Also noted are arrests, regiment changes, and various stock prices.
