Paris dispatch details the September capitulation of the Castle of St Sebastian after Te Deum and fires in Madrid. Garrison led by Brigadier Don Alexander de la Motte surrenders on 17th with 10 articles granting march out with arms, baggage, two field-pieces, and provisions. Remaining notes describe river traffic, ships at Lisbon, and military redeployments to Sicily.
