Robbery pamphlets and rewards in Whitehall notices
Whitehall August 9. A Bristol road robbery report calls for capture of a highwayman who seized Bath Bristol and Hungerford bags. Reward up to one hundred pounds offered by the Receiver General for conviction or discovery with pardon. Also notices on vapour cures and books, and Parliament prorogation and royal assent to reform bills amid South Sea Company concerns.
