Hundred Pounds Reward For Post Office Robbery

A post boy carrying mail from Bromley to Sevenoaks was robbed near Farnborough between 10 and 11 at night. The robber rode a horse with a white face, wore a drab greatcoat, and demanded the mail in exchange for cash. A London rider-type figure was seen at Pratt's Bottom and later at Riverhead. Rewards total two hundred pounds plus forty previously offered for capturing highwaymen. A full pardon awaits the informer or helper who leads to conviction. The affair is announced by the Pimafers Generals and Francis Freeling.
