The report notes mixed market activity with some items cheaper and others dearer. Prices fluctuated through the day as arrivals continued, with beans and goods varying in demand and several quarters showing changes in value.
On November 7 the Court of King's Bench sat for about an hour with no public significance. June actions included ordering George Criffles and associates to Newgate for perjury trial and interrogatories. A motion to enlarge the fine for answering interrogatories was argued to protect defendants from undue burden until next term.
English and Irish State Lotteries advertise Monday drawings with tickets and shares for sale at licensed offices in London and Dublin. Prizes total 200,000 pounds with various prize categories. tickets sold in halves quarters and eighths, stamps read State Lottery. Drawings to be held and prize payments promised on demand.
The House considered a supplemental militia measure through a committee of the whole. The cavalry bill was brought up by the chancellor of the Exchequer from the Commons and read a first time, then adjourned.

London reports from Dover bring Pars Gazettes to Nov 3. Much debate over Lord Malmesbury Bay and his correspondence with French ministers. Directory presses publicity of negotiations and credentials. Mediterranean hostilities rumored. Spain-Britain clash claimed. Italian frontier actions noted. Rhine battles and troop movements update the European theater.
Reports from Admiral Sir John Jervis describe Admiralty dispatches arriving in Plymouth from Corsica aboard the Hope, detailing a 17 ship line battle group and reinforcements from Carthagena. The Hope reached Gibraltar October 18 with Mii’s squadron sailing for Lisbon, while Gibraltar’s defenses and local Spanish gun boats were active near Europa Point.
A Tuesday to Dublin letter from the Right Hon Mr Pepuam informs the Lord Mayor that hostilities have begun between Great Britain and Spain. The Duke of Poor-Lords signs the royal order granting Letters of Marque. Privateers may seize Spanish ships, and owners of farmed vessels claim the king's share of prizes.
In Falmouth on a November voyage, the Andromeda and Serapis frigates arrived with several otter Valles Onder, bound for Gibraltar, after contrary winds. The Franklin French Privateer of 16 guns and 430 men also arrived, captured yesterday ten leagues west of Uthant. She took five prizes: Aurora from Gibraltar to London, Alice from Liverpool to Martinique, Eolus from Cork to Jamaica, Catherine from Newfoundland, and Jane from Lisbon to Waterford, all sent for France.
The master reports that the Duke of York Donovan arrived from Cork. Four frigates and twelve revenue cutters sailed for the coast of Spain. Each cutter was commanded by a naval lieutenant and doubly manned.
Ports Monta November 6 reports the 74 gun Edgar and Doris frigates sailing for Plymouth yesterday. The Robust and Rumnilies of 74 guns each arrived from the North Seas. Two frigates arrived from the Downs with a large fleet under convoy, not yet at Spithead.
Reporting from Whitehall and Guildhall notes delays in sending orders to Paris and Vienna as Navy funding deadlines extend. The Moelle loop of war 46 guns, Captain Batspane, is ordered back to Cape. a court of aldermen will swear in the new Lord Mayor at Guildhall. Chelsea Hospital examined pensioners. Brixtstorp and Lees travel from Ireland on important kingdom business.
