Deer hunt ends in tragedy after delayed run and shot carcass
On Saturday at Langley Broom a deer chase collapsed when the deer was killed by a gunman near Binfield after a long wait for the hunt. The chase passed Beaconsfield, Amersham and Wycombe before the fallen quarry was discovered in a stream with a neck wound. Royal observers and two onlookers provided details of the shooting and investigators seek the offenders. A Maidenhead gentleman was badly injured but survived with medical aid.
