Alarming North of Ireland troop embarkation feared
A Port Patrick dispatch notes an agent for transports arrived to ready troops for possible North of Ireland action. A Leith vessel from Hamburgh sailed on 4th inst with about 15 whale fishing ships from Bremen Embden Oldenburg and others to form a sizable fleet.
