An 18th century catalog entry lists refutation of Dr Duigenan on Ireland's population and wealth, with comparative Protestant and Catholic counts. It cites John Stockdale’s prints and related works including Defoe on the Union, and courses in liberal education by Thomas Hodson, with publishers Vernor and Hood in Piccadilly and Strand.
On Tuesday next the 18th instant the Asiatic Annual Register will be issued in a large 8vo volume containing awards and history of Hindostan for 1799. Printed by J. Debrett opposite Burlington House, price now 12s boards or 13s half-bound, with permission to Dundas and the Court of Directors. Subscribers who object to the advance may withdraw.
