Irish Parliament debate on press liberty bill and security

Arrest at Margate for treasonable press libels action

Marcus Tn Dublin reports that Arthur O Connor publisher of the Pres was seized at Margate while attempting to flee to France with Quigley and Alderman Alexander. Authorities seized seditious papers and ball cartridges as magistrates pursued evidence. Several workmen were taken questioned and later released.
