Session notes on Maroon Petition and Supply Bill in Parliament

In the House of Commons the Committee of the Whole postponed consideration of the Finance Report and Holidays Bill. After discussion, the motion to lay the petition before the King was agreed to, with further motions on Maroon treaty texts postponed. A Traitorous Correspondence Bill provision was debated, and the Committee of Supply was formed to grant funds to the Board of Agriculture for 1798, with the report to be received tomorrow and the Committee to reconvene Friday.
