At the White Hart Inn Newmarket on Tuesday July 31 at 7 pm an estate sale offers a mixed freehold and copyhold property in Exting Cambridge. The dwelling with dove-house outbuildings walled gardens and 27 acres of enclosed land is to be sold with details available from Mr Hall Saffron Walden and Bromley and Bell Gray's Inn London or the Auctioneer at Linton Cambridgeshire.
The Manor of Acksome in the East Riding of York is to be sold by auction at the House of Mrs. Canoon in Collier Gate York on Thursday July 19 between 4 and 7 pm. The unexpired 16 year term from September next includes 228 sheep gates on Acklome Wold and 31 acres of arable, meadow and woodland valued at 3 guineas annually, with tenant rights and quit notices.

Dublin July 5 report that Caermarthen Regiment of Militia arrived from England. Earl Wycombe, son of the Marquis of Lanspawne, has left Ireland after residing here. Several people involved in promoting the rebellion are leaving or preparing to depart the country.
In Belfast July reports two defendants were tried for treason and rebellion. Robert Gowdie of Dunover was found guilty and executed at Newtownards on the 2d instant. his body given to friends, head not severed. Reverend James Porter of Greyabbey was found guilty and executed yesterday at the rear of his Meeting-house in Greyabbey. head not severed.
A Dublin street scene recalls a cart seized to transport a condemned rebel. A subaltern reports the horse and cart belonged to the Lord Lieutenant, and the Highland officer replies that the man who pays best is paid, ordering the cart to be taken away.
By dissolution of Lady Dorothy Hotham, her vast wealth passes to her daughter Miss Hotham. Baron Hotham, named sole executor, renounces anticipated bequests and transfers the bulk of the estate to Miss Hotham and her heirs.
