An advertisement offers next presentation to a rectory with a net yearly value above 300 pounds and improvable, near a genteel countryside and a university town within 15 miles, with a competent parsonage house. A freehold farm of over 140 acres is included in the sale, with buildings and improvements, via Mr. Stone of Gray's Inn, London.
Hor nsby and Co announce prize draw results with draw numbers 17043 and 5y3.49 and share distributions including quarters eighths and sixteenths. They offer full prize payment on purchase and continue selling tickets from their Cornhill office, with undrawn tickets at current prices.

In the House of Lords on Monday February 28 Lord Grenville moved to present a humble address to his Majesty praising the message on the new Government of Canada and stating the Lords will consider it. The motion passed by a unanimous voice and the session adjourned at 5:15.
The House presented accounts of the Commissioners of the National Debt and the nett excise yield, received private petitions, and referred many to committees. It finished late, ordered copies of dispatches, and heard petitions from Loyalists and Inverness for funding an academy. The East India Company petition led to a bill on annuities, and Dundas's India Bill passed to the Lords. War in India discussion continued with a motion to read 24 Geo III.
