Public Declaration of Loyalty at Haverfordwest Guildhall
A December 17 1792 meeting of the mayor aldermen common council burgesses and inhabitants of Haverfordwest Town and County resolved unanimously to declare loyalty to the constitution and crown and to support civil magistrates enforcing laws. They ordered notices to publicans to stop inflammatory papers and directed constables to seize any writings or papers disturbing public peace. The mayor is to publish the declaration in Bristol Gloucester Haverford papers Evening Mail and London Chronicles and the acknowledgments were to be left at the guildhall for three days for signatures.

Indemnity Bill Featured in Lords and Commons Debate
In the House of Lords on Friday December 28 a Committee chaired by Sir William Chambers adopted resolutions on necessary alterations.
