Dundas reports a mixed Toulon action on November 30, 1793, where British and allied forces assaulted a battery near Malbourquet. Despite initial success capturing the redoubt, misorders and dispersal led to a retreat and heavy losses. Governor O'Hara was wounded and captured, with major casualties among officers and men.
London dispatch details transports from Lord Maire’s expedition drifting to Cowes Roads while Admiral MacBride sails for Guernsey after receiving Brittany news.
