Newloan ny Bank of England Dec 16 1796 notice to subscribers

Public notice from the Bank of England dated December 16 1796 informs subscribers that if they wish receipts issued in the names of bankers agents or others they must send a signed letter to Abraham Newland chief cashier by the Saturday the 24th. The document lists officers locations and publishers and advertises books and Christmas presents with various prices and titles.
