In Haverfordwest on November 28 1792 a statement denies selling or distributing many copies of Paine’s Rights for Man and a Welsh translation. The author challenges anyone to disprove claims of false distribution and asserts no copies were kept for subscribers or shown in public.
The letter notes that French refugees and clergy continue to be eligible for relief from a fund. It lists donors and banks such as the Royal Banks of Edinburgh and Glasgow, and country bankers in England. A separate clergy subscription exists with contingent relief. The committee meets weekly at the Marine Society Office, and certificates to receive benefits can be obtained from Mr Sauter in the Strand.
A reform era call to publish an address to the public warning against dangerous designs in government and foreign influence. The committee urges magistrates and citizens to detect and prosecute disloyal activity, urging restraint on seditious newspapers and naming subscriptions and committee members.

Freeman had leased the fishery, held over, and disputed the Corporation’s rights. Lord Kenyon found the plaintiff in the clear, jury awarded nominal damages.
A suit to recover 831 pounds for digging a 110 foot well at four feet diameter. A elm pump allegedly spoiled water which became black and fetid. Weller claimed the pump caused the change. Water restored after pump removed led the court to order the pump returned for 20 guineas and referred the compensation question to decide if 40 shillings already paid sufficed.

A Victorian warning notes that impostors imitate Windsor Seap and Violet Soap wrappers to deceive buyers. The patentee claims his violet soap defends skin from chapping and softens hands, and that the patent lasts fourteen years with strict wrappers and directions. A mother and sister sign a refutation kept at the patentee offices for interested buyers.
