Yesterday arrived at Spithead his Majesty's ship Sphynx commanded by Captain Lord Augustus Pirzeoy from the Cape of Good Hope. The vessel left on February 7th Cruising near the Western Nations and along the coast of Portugal without signal. She halted at St Helena awaiting convoy. Provisions at the Cape were abundant and inhabitants appeared reconciled to the English presence.
