Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge arrived at St James Palace on Wednesday evening from Germany. Accompanied by Princess Mary, she traveled from Calais after weather delays aboard a special mail packet under Sir Luke Smithett. The party reached Dover by five, then departed at 7 30 pm by a special LCD railway train and arrived at Victoria at ten. Mr Bishop received them at Victoria station.
