More jazz concertsNorman Granz is starting a new season of “Jazz at thePhilharmonic” concerts Sept. 24 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, followed by a Carnegie Hall concert Sept. 27, Featuredwith him will be Bill Harris Flip PhMhps, Illinois Jacquet, Howard McGhee, Ray Brown, Hank Jones, Jack Mills and Helen Humes . . Dizzie Gillespie is set for a Carnegie Hall concert Sept. 29, with Ella Fitzgerald as soloist. Dizzie,incidentally, is planning a four-week tour of Scandinavian countries, sailing Oct. 30.
