wiutrr ui upon a juuge-ment entered in the district court of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, in cause No. 18.096. wherein the Oklahoma 8tate Bank was plaintiff and Uoyd C. Hose and Dolly Hose defendants; that said sale is had for the purpose of satisfying a tax lien of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission in the sum of $752.64, with interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum from the first day of February, 1942, and for its costs, and to satisfy the judgment of the plaintiff therein in the sum of $2,000.00, with interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the 5th day of June. 1942, until paid. $210.00 attorney’s fees, and the cost of said action, and to satisfy a tax lien of the Oklahuna Tax Commission filed in Judgment Docket No. 4, at page 243, in the sum of $61.54,with 12% interest thereon from the31st day of May, 1942. until paid, and to satisfy the liens of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission entered in Judgment Docket No. 4, at pages 244 and 251. respectively, in the amounts of $50.06 'uith interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum until paid, and the sum of $26.54, with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the 22nd day of March. 1943, until paid, respectively, and for the cost to the said Commission, and the costs accruing and costs of sale.Witness my hand this 11th day of September, 1943.CLYDE KAISER.Sheriff of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.By W.
