The runners-up in the competition were Miss Lillian Fay of 2126 Eighteenth street, Mias Lois Wentworth of 1706 8 street, Miss Jean Cone of 1411 Harvard street and Miss Claire Edscn of 025 Lamont street.At yesterday's matinee, 16-months-old Richard F. Cross of 2700 Q street, won the audience’s approval in what was scheduled as a ’’bathing beauty contest” for children.Mrs. J. M.
