Her largest item for gowns is $619 due Marie Donnian, a New York dressmaker.Miss Suratt’* largest single indebtedness is to Robert T. Mackay, who assisted in financing a number of plays in which she starred. The actress is indebted to Mr. Mackay in notes and cash for $14,750. according to the schedule. 14. J. Ward of New York is a creditor for $170 for the storage of costumes and scenery.Miss Suratt gives her total liabilities as $42,479, and her total assets as $18,-250. Of her assets, she says, $16,000 is due her from the Matton Amusement Company, 222 Broadway, New York. She lists her wearing apparel at $150. One tiger rug and one bear rug are among her other assets.
