Gene Sens, new owner and operator of radio station WZLE. Lorain.Mahling has been with WLEC since 1966 and has served as salesman, sales manager and sports director. Prior to that time, he worked with station WLKR. Norwalk.Mahling is married and the ' father of five children. Active : in civic affairs, he is the director of the Amvet Little League 1 Program: vice president of ‘ Sandusky Jaycees: chartermember’ of the Erie Countv■Kidney Foundation: wasnamed outstanding man of the year in January and recently-received the Sandusky Chamber of Commerce Youth Service Award.The appointment was made by Richard H. Miller, president of the Miller Broadcasting Company. Cleveland, and owner of station WLEC.
