Ray Sledge of near Harmony celebrated his 80th birthday recently. All his children, eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchildrenand four great -grandchildren gathered at the home on Sunday for a 'tmily dinner. Present were Mr. and Mrs. Jess Ellis and daughters Sherry and Anita; Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Simmons and children of Texico,Mrs. Mable Alvis and son of Troy, Mrs. Ann Maronski and daughter of Nashua, N.H. Mrs. Wilma Jenkins, Lester I Sledge of Centralla, Mr. and 1 Mrs. Walter Sledge and child-j ren of Mt .Vernon, Mr and i Mrs. Dick Bluminstock and cbilI dren of Collinsville and Mrs. ! Linda Hester and daughter of I Waltonville.
