A number of relatives andfriends from Columbia attended the funeral of William O.I Smallenberger aged 50 of Du-po which was held at Christ Ev. and Reformed church there on Tuesday. Interment was in Mt. Evergreen Cemetery in Millstadt.Mrs. John J. Mueller, Mrs.; Louisa Kropp and Mrs. Carrie ' Arras visited Mrs. Catherinej Smallenberger of Dupo, who ; is a patient at St. Elizabeth’s : hospital in Belleville. She is 85 ! years of age and was taken to i the hospital when the evacuation order was given to Dupo residents on account of the flood. Her condition was serious for several days, but has improved.
