Penguin Modeling Contest To Be Judged On SaturdayThe Winter Carnival penguin snow modeling contv'’ will be judged Saturday after 4 p.m.Anyone In the city may enter by calling the city recreation omca in the city building before Saturday. The penguin murt be modeled with snow In the entrant’s own yard. Other decoration* may be used, according to G. Vernon Smelser, chairman.It Is suggested that If the snow doesn't become toft enough to mold, participants could build a pillar of snow blocks from, which the model could be carved. Water colors may be purchased In a powdered form and applied with a brush.First, second and third prizes of $30, $5 and $3, respectively, will be awarded. Judging will be on neatness, ingenuity of design and artistry.
