total jRfatters.Christmas Festival.A Dedication Ball will be given in the new and commodious room of the Tioga House, recently built by Mr. S\me$ Goodrich, in Tioga Village, on Christmas night, tlio 25th instant. The dimensions of this new ball room, if we remember correctly, aro over sixty feet in length, and some forty feet in width; and. allowing sixlyfour square feet to a cotillion, the floor will accomodate some thirty sets at one and the same time. The gentlemen composing the Board of Managers, are fully capable, and whatever appertains to the comfort and ease ofthe company, will, no doubt, be strictly attended to.. The flbor will be under the superintendence of one person, which arrangement will contribute materially to the order and pleasure of the evening. It is needless to say anything about the music, more than to mention that Wes-cott*s full Cotillion Band is engaged for the occasion.
