Prickly Pear Lane, formed,a crippled children’s clinic At Seventh and Adams Streets and a hospital and clinic at Garfield and 17th Streets.'He served as chief of staff of the Arizona Children’s Hospital and was chief of staff at Good Samaritan Hospital.Dr. Lytton-Smith established his first office at the Lois Grunow Memorial Clinic and was elected to the staffs of St. Joseph’s and Good Samaritan hospitals, where he served as an in-structor-inthenursinschools.A fellow of the American•i -- iCollege of Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Lytton-Smith was a charter member of the Western Orthopedic Association, serving us president in 1956 when its first Americanmeeting was in Phoenix.Bom on a cattle ranch near LampaSsas, Tex., Dr. Lytton-Smith graduated from Baylor University.
