Church Women United plans Christmas TeaThe Dixon Area Church Women United will hold a Christmas Tea at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Dec. 12. at the Holloway Center All women of the community are invited to attend Hostesses will be the ladies of St Patrick s Catholic Church, with Mrs. Sharon McPherson, Mrs Estherbelle McLennan and Mrs. Vernie Miller heading the committee Sister Paula Fergen will provide piano selections.Officers to be installed are President. Midge Mueller; Vice President, Donna Pratt: Corresponding Secretary. Winifred Shippert; Ecumenical Development. Zita Powers; Ecumenical Fellowship. Donna Long and Marion Smith; Ecumenical Action. Boone Todd; Nominations. Wilma Mosher and Estherbell McLennan Also serving on the Board of Managers and completing the second year of their term of otfice are: Recording Secretary Lucile Lands; Treasurer, Wilma Price. Finance. Ruth Walls; Historian. Maria Detrick; Nominations. Marion Smith and Henrietta Johnson.
