SeptemberConcert.yyiTH the United 8t*te» Navy Band providing the instrumental portion of the program and Hector De Lara, Mexican baritone, the vocal part, the aixty-eighth concert of LatinAmerican music sponsored by the Pan-American Union will be given Wednesday night, September 6, on the Esplanade.The ’first hour of the concert will be broadcast by the National Broadcasting i Co. network, and the General Electric Co. and Westinghouse Co. will relay the music to I«atin America through their short wave transmitters.Special -arrangements of Latin Amer- ' lean melodies for solos, duets and trios will feature the band performance under the direction of Lieut. Charles Benter. Sor\gs from many countries will beKlayed and Included in the groups sung y Senor De Lara. Among them will be several compositions receiving their i first public rendition.
