Jack Rowell Stunned by Bolt of LightningJack Rowell, the twenty* year-old son of Mr. William H. Rowell, a well-known resident of Mert*-Station, five mile* from Mobile, was rendered unconscious on Thursday morn Inn last about 10 o’clock by a bolt of lightning j which struck the telephone wires underneath the family home.Young Rowell was urfHer the house assorting sweet* potatoes when a holt of lightning struck the wires near where he was seated and threw him to the ground. His father and others who were near went to his assistance nnd gave him .temporary relief, and then two physicians worked on him an hour before they could fully restore J him to his normal condition.
