Stroud Shire Council elects Flannery president and lays plans
Stroud Shire Council chose C N Flannery as president with C Wilson defeated, Lavinia A Murray elected deputy. Ordinary meetings set for 10 am on the third Friday each month. The board invited applications for Health and Building Inspector and discussed loan, road, and ferry works, with multiple motions guiding maintenance and improvements at Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest, Markwell Road, and other local sites.
