Fire and Life Company of Blackfriars London reports a blaze on Testmoreland Street causing smoke-filled streets and emergency responders cordoning off nearby buildings. No injuries noted and operations ongoing to extinguish flames.
The document records royal decrees and governmental notes from Naples and elsewhere, including an ordinance about ministerial appointments and electoral college rules, and a tariff reform exempting imported wheat barley and oats from import duty while taxing consumption similarly to domestic grain.
