A historic notice from Allen and Greene, Twn Clks, outlines a plan at the Royal Exchange with a four percent renIes fee and timing details. The document mentions a Bow, Okmantown-Green, and a feudal style arrangement, with preparatory steps to take effect on a stated day in 190.
A fragment from Dublin in 1790 lists orders from the Hospital and city trades. It notes apprentices must present certificates of behavior for examination by Lady Arbella Jenny and mentions a tobacco traders’ pledge to halt illicit imports and presses with a reward for evidence.
The Excise Office in Dublin on 28 August 1790 states the Commissioners of His Majesty's Revenue fully back existing resolutions and will pay six guineas for each private and unlicensed tobacco table or press seized and lodged in His Majesty's Stores in this Kingdom. No imposition on seizure shall appear. By order of the Commissioners, Vaun Montgomery.
The Tholfel Court will fit for the Trial of Travellers and all Persons out on Bail on Monday the 11th Day of October next. The Recognizances of those who do not attend will be entreaty entered.
On September 17, 1790, two additional fountains for the supply of water to the poor were opened near the upper end of Sackville Street and near New Markets. Churchwardens of Patibies and local officials notify proprietors of surrounding properties to present their titles to Mr. Shereard in Capel Street. Ordered by Thomas Sherrard, dated September 17, 1798.
The drawing is recommended for Monday November 1 1790 with prizes payable on demand from June 1 1791 onward without delay. Signed by order of the managers and directors CHR and KR, DEEY, Secretaries.
The State Lottery Office lists named individuals with licenses to deal in lottery tickets at their respective addresses, asserting no others are authorized. A citoyen notes various cash contributions toward a fire loss claim, naming multiple donors and amounts from parishes and individuals, with acknowledgments signed by C and R Deey.
The supplicant, with four young children, is in distress after losing work and His health failing. A laborer husband, aided by his wife, kept the family afloat until the horse died and illness struck. They are evicted and crave aid as hunger pains and sickness strike, while the cruel landlord rejects attempts to pay rent.

Also available are spruces and Weymouth Pines at affordable prices. The notice notes demand for proper planting season and mentions a position for steward and gardener.
On Monday October 15 at 1 PM in the Anatomical Theatre Trinity College Dublin, James Cleghorn M D Professor of Anatomy will commence a General Lecture Course on the Organization of Animal Life and Nature’s methods. At 2 PM in the Laboratory Trinity College Dublin, Robert Percival M L Professor of Chemistry will start a General Course of Lectures. Gentlemen may attend. Private courses begin November 8 at the same hours. Dublin, Sept. 7, 1790.
An 18th century notice proclaims Tomas Byene, printer and bookseller at Parliament Street, as vender for Ruspini and Sons Dentifrice Powder and Styptic. Pamphlets on efficacy available from the Faculty and patients in England, Russia, America, and the East Indies. Prices: Dentifrice Powder and Tin five shillings. Styptic half a guinea.
A distressed woman, orphaned after the death of kin, relies on benevolent readers to aid her with essential support. Her parents lived in modest circumstances, leaving her property but no means to sustenance. Gentlemen and ladies of humanity are urged to assist, with donations gratefully accepted by the printer.
Reported in Waasaw on the sixteenth the Diet considers a treaty and the plan of Beretanayts with many dissatisfied. M de Engeltr, Swedish envoy, reports the Rudian chapel violation and demands satisfaction. A large train of artillery and troops is prepared for shipment to Lieutenant General Roostowski at Banclaw, consisting of 13 battalions and 30 squadrons.
In Paris a mood of dread grows as rumors of overthrow spread among all ranks. M Fayette and M Baily push for measures amid suspicions of a changing state. False notes attributed to aristocrats circulate to hinder National Assembly finance. The King and Queen retreat from public view while troops form politically. A second arson plot threatens Brest port, with a guard patrolling and a kettles of beilin and tar–laden risks nearby, endangering the dock yard.
The National Assembly at Versailles dispatched a deputation calling for a monument to Metz citizen-soldiers who died on August 3 in defense of the laws. They proposed a pyramid at the gates of Nancy with an inscription praising sacrifice and liberty. The speech extolled courage, virtue, and the eternal constitution, and the Assembly pledged to honor the fallen.
