Bank of Ireland Adds Capital Stock by Calls on Shares

The Court of Directors resolved to increase Bank of Ireland capital by 240,9001 and call upon stock proprietors to pay 40 percent on shares in four installments on September 6, December 2, March 4, and June 6. Subscribers will receive interest at the rate of 1 per cent per annum from the listed days until June 1793 when the stock becomes existing. Subscriptions and the first deposit of ten shares are to be received by the Secretary at the Bank from the 5th to the 30th September, with transfer books to be signed by order by Thomas T. Iams, Secretary.
