The Corporation of the City of Dublin invites sealed proposals for a loan not exceeding 31 8 percent interest per annum to fund a 120,0001 annuity with survivorship, payable from the city estate. Proposals must be received by September 10 in the Royal Exchange committee room, with terms including deposits and specified payment dates through 1793.
The commissioners for widening and shaping Dublin streets announce required conformity to lines and levels. Plans must be submitted for approval before execution and notices given in writing to the surveyor, No 60, by order of the committee. Also offers ground lets within a mile of Wabei Rathlasnham road for building on with perpetual leases.

Revenue Officers and assistants guarding tobacco in the District of Larne Antrim were attacked by a party described as armed men while transporting contraband from Culhondadl to Beough fhang. Three named men James Sheriff William Rodman or Redmond and David Halliday actively supported the rescue attempt, resulting in John Walth’s fatal wound. A reward of one hundred pounds is offered for the apprehension of the named suspects and others involved, with possible pardons for those who provide decisive information leading to convictions.
