A historical advertisement touts Smyth's Restorative Medicine as a cure for venereal disease, claiming rapid recovery without Mercury. It promotes the Doctor Margabane’s address in Dame Street and lists the medicine's prices for the drops and a tea spoon dose, emphasizing its reputed efficacy and long-standing reputation.
Proposals sought for the minority of Faithfull Fortescue estate lands including orchard, garden and demesne near Ardee. The property lies 38 miles from Dublin with meadow and pasture in high condition and several outbuildings. Debts owed to Faithfull Fortescue to be settled by creditors through Mr Barlow or Bel-house officials foil.

A pardon is promised to discoverers of accomplices, with charges to magistrates to assist. Dated August 6, 1786, in Lifford and Dublin.
Edward Leslie of Tarbert County Kerry offers fifty pounds sterling to any person who bail captures any person or persons involved in the raid of fence, so they may be apprehended and prosecuted to conviction. Dated August 14 1786.
The Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland announce a proclamation charging governors sheriffs and peace officers to act against riotous White Boys groups in Cork Limerick Kerry and Tipperary. Rewards are offered for apprehension and conviction of leaders with pardon for accomplices. Officials ordered to enforce laws and protect peaceable subjects. Proclaimed June 22 1786 in Dublin.
The Lord Lieutenant and Council announce a reward of fifty pounds for each of ten named suspects who aided in the murder of Patrick Hands and felonies at the Kerry Goal. Also twenty pounds for identifying others who helped escape, with pardons promised for informers, and orders to authorities to aid apprehension and prosecution. Proclaimed in Dublin August 29 1786.
Decrees issued under his Majesty's Exchequer in Ireland announce a sale by public auction on Thursday, July 6, at two o'clock in the afternoon at the King's Inns Dublin. The leasehold interests for 187 years in multiple Dublin houses and extensive lands in Geraldstown Mourttown Old Renanstown Ardnauléan and other towns are offered with stated yearly profits and rents. Part of the purchase money to be deposited at sale. rent roll and title details to be provided to plaintiff's attorney Dominick McCauiland. The sale is adjourned to November 7 at two o'clock afternoon.
Pursuant to a decree dated the seventh of July last, notice is given to all persons with charges or liens on the estate of John Bagwell deceased to attend the rating of accounts and prove their demands. They must file charges by the tenth day of November next, else they are barred from benefits under the decree. Dated October 17, 1786.
