Abstract of the returns of the quantities and prices of corn grain meal and flour sold in Dublin and liberties from November 18 to 19 1791. It sets barrel and stone based measures for warat peas beans oats and flour converting to wheat and oats per the specified stone equivalents.
The Lions office on 15th November 1791 informs the public that prize ticket 7847 drawn yesterday awards two thousand pounds. Shares and whole tickets are on sale at the office at low prices, with proper clerks attending to business to continue public patronage.

A notice from the Commissioners promises a fifty pound reward for every smuggler seized and tried in connection with a seizure of two leaden carts containing tobacco on the Dublin to Castleknock road. Six to eight men attacked the officers, badly fracturing William Lumsden’s skull, endangering his life, and releasing the seizure. A further fifty pound reward is offered for information leading to the apprehension and conviction of any involved, with potential pardon for informants.
Reprint of a Dublin Gazette notice from November 1791 promises His Majesty's free pardon to any participant in a violent outrage, except the principal butt of the blows. The document cites an act authorizing revenue officials to revoke licenses for improper individuals and voids Darby Ryan's retail license in Mary’s Lane, Dublin.
