An early 19th century London Gazette Extraordinary reports a Dutch counter revolution in Holland with Amsterdam declaring Orange ascendancy. Provisional government forms in several towns while the Municipal Guard promises to maintain order and punish looting.
A notice from Laeorote Count of Lumburg Ottikum proclaims restoration soon and a provisional government to secure peace and order in The Hague. It urges citizens to support public expense and warns that plunderers will face heavy penalties.

Dispatches to Prince of Orange report a general insurrection in Holland likely to expel the French, and mutiny aboard the Sebelte Acet with the old Republican flag, in communication with our squadron. The news arrived via two officers in a past-chaise and four, adorned with ribbons.
Telegrams and newspaper briefs describe a Dutch uprising as French forces retreat to Flanders. Regiments are ordered from Kent including the 35th 37th 44th 52d 55th 56th and fragments of the 95th to aid liberation and deter looting. The Prince of Orange proceeds to take command with a Provisional Government replacing French authorities in Holland. The Queen Charlotte reaches Passages. St Jean de Luz遭 attacked. Wellington dispatches Capitulation of Pamp lona. Weser navigation opens Bremen to the stay.
Moniteur of the 7th reports Motifs du Senates Consulte urging 800000 men for War Ministry, prorogation of Deputies, new Legislative Presidency, and conscription decrees. Includes funds, levies, and a battle update near Cassel with Bertran’s forces repelled by French artillery. Paris notes King of Naples arrived Nov 15, Duke of Reggios with Mawrence, and Bertrand’s engagement yesterday. Nov. 17 French funds: 54 francs.
A Protestant led meeting in London condemns Roman Catholic claims and pledges to pressure Parliament. Delegates report petitions signed by over sixty thousand supporters to both Houses and thank Speaker Cras. Aszorz for his Address. The Dublin education board also convened to oversee endowment schools and religious education.
