The Addresses were transmitted to His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Home Department and presented by him to the king who graciously received them.
The Lord Mayor, Sheriffs, Commons, and Citizens of Dublin commend the King on entering the fiftieth year of his reign. They note Europe’s wars and praise the King’s mild paternal rule, praying for continued happiness and loyal governance. The Common Seal is affixed on October 20 in the 49th year of His Majesty’s reign.
The Mayor Sheriffs and Citizens of Limerick in Common Council assembled express gratitude to the King for his accession and enduring reign. They praise religious virtue from the Throne and pray for continued protection and guidance for the Empire and its subjects.
The King in Council extends the naval bounties and travel allowances for seamen and landmen to December 1, 1810. It details ages and payments for entering service, rewards for discovering concealed sailors, and for securing voluntary service, with travel allowances per mile. Public notice directs adherence by all concerned.
