Fragmentary note referencing a committee report due November 7 next, to inquire into actions by the British Parliament and parliamentary rights. Mentions Pecead accra tem and Cordekt Pedder with dates in 1781 and 1782, and a call for a committee to report on abiy Poe ergs.
The committee's report denounces British pretensions to legislate for Ireland and urges explicit renunciation of any such right. It calls for a declaratory act by Great Britain to affirm Irish independence, bound in a firm union and complete autonomy, with unanimous resolutions endorsing the report and seeking publication.
Dublin November 18 1784 notice states Patrick Moore postbay who carried Kilcullen Bridge mail absconded after a missing Waterford postbay. A fifty pound reward is offered for his apprehension with another fifty for discoverers aiding his capture. Also announces pardons for accomplices and details on prosecutions.
