Fourth Day at Clonfeele Living Case Amid Jury Arguments

The court and jury weighed the primate's right of presentation to Clonfeele living in Armagh against the college council's long possession. Justice WiIcensa noted the college had held the advowson since the Restoration, with interruptions, while the jury found the college seized of the living to the provisor’s demand, awarding damages and costs.
