In the barony of Lower Ormond County Tipperary lies 855 acres with 4 roods 17 perches arable land and 129 acres 10 perches bog near two miles from King's County. Held by fee farm lease with clear rent about one half pound per annum. Application to Thomas Faris, Attorney, Bolton Street, Dublin, who holds title deeds and leases for viewing. February 1786.
County Tipperary lands near Ballysorrell and Dormardbeg totaling about 419 acres offered for sale or lease. Includes a well built house, officers, and a large walled garden on Dormardbeg. Proposals to be received by John Haidy Esq at Harcourt Street Dublin or Lake Gavan Ely Sand Street Dublin. Mag 1786.
Notice of sale of lands in Drews Town Meath by order of the court. Property includes about 250 acres of meadow and farming ground with pine and beach trees and green houting. Sale to settle charges and encumbrances. inquiries to Dublin office for details and viewing arrangements with Mr Arthur Quis.
