British packers bring mails and battle report from Schotland
Yesterday arrived two British packs with two French and three Holland mails. British forces repelled a Buffias Troops assault and held the Suburb of Schotland. About 409 our men remained in possession as the enemy retreated leaving 70 killed and three officers wounded. The city wires report the Ruffians' fleet moves to Dantzick and a quadruple alliance is discussed. A London note records the marriage of the Prince of Orange to the Princess Royal and a royal address praising King William III's reign.
