Fortifications and exchange planned with Turkish ambassadors
The Dublin Journal reports continued demolition of the Citadel fortifications and a plan to hand it to the Turks after Whitun Holidays. Bridges are being laid for ambassadors and General Schmertau to supervise the exchange, with Turkish commissaries setting limits as generals Guadagni and Picolomini assist.
