Fragmentary Irish and British War Commentary from 1798–1800s
A garbled excerpt surveys Protestant and Catholic public notes, political disputes, and Royal Navy actions. It mentions Irish emancipation aims, parliamentary motions, and protests, then shifts to British naval exploits against Danish or Baltic targets, praising Captains Robilliard and Wier and detailing a ship engagement with multiple brigs and gunboats.
