The Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland offer a reward of one hundred pounds for the first three men named Jeremiah Cannan Thomas Cannan William Cannan and for any others involved in a June riot and abduction near Kilworth. A pardon to discoverers and prosecutions is promised, with royal clemency for those aiding in the case. Authorities urge the Peace, Mayors, and officials to arrest all involved by the sixth of January next.
