Proclamation from Prance city dated June 14 renews a ban on political and military talk in taverns and public places. Innkeepers must enforce the order or face fines up to 100 crowns and harsher punishments. offenders may be seized and punished severely.
Vienna dispatch notes orders from June 14 directing governors and provincial commandants to form moveable columns of 49 officers and troops. Each column to include adjutant, colonel, chief of squadron, captain, gendarmerie officer, and magistrate, with on-site military commissions over Vienna circle and other regions. Daily reports required. stragglers to be arrested and judged on the spot.
