Barrington Fleet Proceeds in Bay With 21 Sail of Line

On Thursday July 1 1790 at Barrington Hood and Hasham lead a line of 21 sail including four frigates with a squadron detoured at Spit for various reasons. The fleet reports high readiness and concord as Bellona Bombay Castle and Crescent join the voyage. By July 4 Bedford La Nymphe La Prudente arrive, Dutch ships expected, Admiral Barrington eager to sail.

Widows in Distress Implor Charity in Dublin Prison

To the charitable Citizens of Dublin two helpless widows, once comfortable, are now in want, imprisoned in the Marshalsea by obstinate creditors. They lack means to subsist, surviving on bread and water provided by the prison, and seek humane intervention to relieve their suffering. Pardon Offered for Murder Robbers in Dullin Castle

His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant in Dullin Castle promises a free pardon to any of the Perhme concerned in the murder robbers who shall discover the culprits, except those who actually committed the murder, to aid apprehension and conviction. Signed by 5S. Hamilton.
