Lottery Plan with 5000 Numbers and Prize Shares

A lottery scheme uses numbers 1 to 5000 with five thousand tickets. Each number has four tickets entitled to the drawn prize, for example a £20,000 prize would be shared by four tickets totaling £50,000. Shares and tickets are on sale at all offices.
